If you're not living in the same place where you grew up, how have your food traditions changed/ evolved with you? I grew up in the same place where I was born but traveled a lot, which gave me the opportunity to come into contact with other food cultures. All that resulted in my love for several types of kitchens.
Who was the first one to expose you to cooking/good eating? Who has the most influence on how/what you cook? My mom is the answer to both these questions. She is a passionate cook herself and she taught me the first steps around the kitchen.
What is your never-fail piece of cooking advice? Did someone pass it on to you? Did you learn that lesson the hard way? Let your imagination be free, and whatever you cook, make it with love. This will never fail you. Again, my mom was the inspiration.
What would your last meal on Earth be? Pizza and a chocolate dessert
Favorite kitchen equipment/gadget? My stand mixer and my knife
