What are your favorite dishes or cooking topics to teach?  Beef green curry/ fried chicken with basil

Do you have any cooking/food superstitions?  I believe cooking can compass love to the dish. My technique to make a delicious meal is to put in my heart and soul while cooking and preparing.

If you could get a tattoo of a food, what would it be and why?  My left hand, because I am a left-handed cook

What is one dish, drink or food topic that you really want to learn or master?  Carving Marian plum: Marian plum carving is a valuable heritage of Thailand. Because of its tough skin, it requires master techniques of fruit carving.
